Return & Exchange

Cancellations:

You can request to cancel your order through our support team (Whatsapp/Tel: +852 9854 1940)  within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Product Defect:

Receipt within 3 days;

A certified product quality problem;

Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;

Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product;

If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;

Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;

Return service is not applicable If you have ordered the wrong product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up.

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.

In case of any dispute, the decision of lollyjolly shall be final.
