Delivery to Hong Kong 

  • Enjoy complimentary delivery service for orders above HKD500 (Except Direct from Europe Items)
  • For orders below HKD500 a delivery cost is applicable.
  • Additional fees may be required for remote areas.
  • Furthermore, the delivery cost exclude the charges incurred if the delivery address does not have lift, cannot fit into the lift or the deliver needs to walk through a floor of staircases.
  • A surcharge may be required which is charged by the deliver. Please contact our support team prior to your order if you would like to get a quote on the exact surcharge which your deliver address fall in this situation
  • Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address which is not a P.O box
  • The usual delivery lead time is 7-14 business days, it does not refer to pre-order item

  • For orders below HKD1800 a delivery cost is applicable. Additional fees may be required for remote areas.
  • Furthermore, the delivery cost exclude the charges incurred if the delivery address does not have lift, cannot fit into the lift or the deliver needs to walk through a floor of staircases.
  • A surcharge may be required which is charged by the deliver. Please contact our support team prior to your order if you would like to get a quote on the exact surcharge which your deliver address fall in this situation.
  • The usual delivery lead time is 10-21 business days, it does not refer to pre-order item

 

For all orders

  • For multiple products order, this may slightly take more time to consolidate you order to the our warehouse.

  • Most orders require 1 full working day for processing and dispatch, after order received and payment cleared, you will receive an auto email with tracking information once it ships.  If there is any issue causing delay, we will notify you urgently

  • We put every effort into getting your order delivered. However, if an order is returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, refusal to provide ID copy, failure to compile with customs policies or recipient’s refusal to the parcel, it will be returned to us, additional charges will be applied if redelivery is requested.
