Delivery to Hong Kong
- Enjoy free Hong Kong delivery on all orders above HKD 800 (excluding Rhode products).
- For Rhode products, orders over HKD 800 will also enjoy free Hong Kong delivery.
- For orders below HKD800 a delivery cost is applicable.
- Additional fees may be required for remote areas.
Furthermore, the delivery cost exclude the charges incurred if the delivery address does not have lift, cannot fit into the lift or the deliver needs to walk through a floor of staircases.
- A surcharge may be required which is charged by the deliver. Please contact our support team prior to your order if you would like to get a quote on the exact surcharge which your deliver address fall in this situation
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address which is not a P.O box
- Orders shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse will take approximately 4–7 working days to be delivered via SF Express.
- Orders shipped from our Europe warehouse will receive a DPD tracking number to follow the parcel’s journey from Europe to Hong Kong. Estimated transit time: 4–6 working days. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, the parcel will be handed over to SF Express for final delivery to your provided address or chosen pickup point. Estimated transit time: 1–2 working days. A new SF Express tracking number will be provided once your parcel has cleared Hong Kong customs.
- Customers may choose delivery to either their home address or a SF Express pickup point.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs inspection, weather conditions, courier operational issues).

Most orders require 1 full working day for processing and dispatch, after order received and payment cleared, you will receive an auto email with tracking information once it ships. If there is any issue causing delay, we will notify you urgently

We put every effort into getting your order delivered. However, if an order is returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, refusal to provide ID copy, failure to compile with customs policies or recipient’s refusal to the parcel, it will be returned to us, additional charges will be applied if redelivery is requested.
